Job Description

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
  • Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

    • Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Performance Management

    • Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
    • Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to resolve concerns.
  • Policy & Compliance

    • Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Learning & Development

    • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.

      Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Any MBA with 5+ Years of experience in IT HR Generalist role
