Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems. Performance Management Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. Employee Engagement & Culture Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to resolve concerns. Policy & Compliance Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs. Compensation & Benefits Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Any MBA with 5+ Years of experience in IT HR Generalist role
