Job Description

Responsibilities include

1. Create, manage, and conduct job interviews for open positions across portals
2. Ability to conduct initial screening to handle interviews end to end.3. Implement and administer employee policies4. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues5. Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates6. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures7. Prepare termination and severance letters8. Conduct soft skill training for employees9. Conduct employee onboarding, background checks and help organize training & development initiatives10. Undertake tasks around performance management11. Organize monthly and annual employee performance reviews12. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form13. Ensure compliance with labor regulations14. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing team building activities15. Prepare documents such as employee contracts, exit documents etc.,

Skills Required

1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Good presentation skills3. Knowledge of G-Suite tools4. Highly structured and disciplined5. Energetic & Positive attitude6. Interpersonal skills required7. Knwoledge of HRIMS such as Keka etc.,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
