HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc. ).
• Work closely with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Experience with HR software (HRMS/ATS tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote setup.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a remote-first or hybrid work environment.
• Exposure to HR analytics and reporting tools.
