Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for HR operations, policies, and procedures across departments.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee performance management processes and tools.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR regulations and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to support strategic hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support HR analytics by generating reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and best practices in remote HR operations.
  • Manage HR policies and suggest improvements in line with business goals and employment law.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 9-10 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, preferably in mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR software/tools (e. g., Zoho People, SAP, Workday, etc. ) and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience handling remote teams or distributed workforces is a plus.

Nice To Have

  • Certification in HR (SHRM, HRCI, or similar).
  • Experience in a tech or startup environment.
  • Exposure to international HR practices (APAC/EMEA regions preferred).
