Sr. HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee entry and exit formalities, including onboarding documentation, background verification, and full & final settlements
• Conduct orientation and induction programs for new joinees to ensure smooth integration into the organization
• Handle staff grievances and complaints, ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies and labor laws
• Manage and monitor HR compliance requirements, including statutory records, audits, and internal policies
• Coordinate and oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursement
• Prepare, issue, and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
• Conduct and record employee reviews and feedback sessions in coordination with department heads
• Maintain and manage HR software / HRMS systems, ensuring accurate employee data and reports
• Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related matters
• Support leadership with HR reporting, workforce data, and process improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources management: 3 years (Required)
