Sr. HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various core HR functions such as talent management, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Your strategic mindset will be essential in effectively executing tasks within a remote working environment. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for HR operations, policies, and procedures across different departments. You will lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while also developing and implementing performance management processes. Managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, collaborating with recruitment teams, and driving employee engagement programs will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With 9-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP in mid to large-sized organizations, you should possess a solid understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while handling multiple priorities. Proficiency in HR software/tools such as Zoho People, SAP, Workday, and the MS Office Suite is required. Any experience in managing remote teams or distributed workforces would be a plus. Additionally, holding certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) and having exposure to international HR practices, particularly in APAC/EMEA regions, are desirable qualifications for this role.
