We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in managing and improving organic search visibility. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in SEO strategy, execution, keyword research, and performance analysis to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on-page factors, including content, meta tags, URL structure, and internal linking.
Improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexing for search engine optimization.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify gaps in content & backlinks.
Manage off-page SEO activities, including outreach, link building, and digital PR.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends to implement proactive strategies.

Requirements

3-4 years of proven SEO experience in an agency or product-based company.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.
Good understanding of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema, etc. ).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with content marketing and social media SEO integration.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc. ).
Exposure to international SEO and multi-language websites.
