HR Generalist

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR operations and passionate about creating a positive, high-performing work culture. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams in a fast-growing Fintech/NBFC environment and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, build scalable hiring strategies to support growth, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Create and update job descriptions. Source potential candidates using databases and various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn). Draft recruitment emails to engage passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Conduct candidate interviews. Maintain management information systems (MIS). Promote job vacancies on social media, job boards, and through referrals. Shortlist eligible candidates and report to the HR manager. Schedule interviews. Perform onboarding formalities for new hires. HR Operations, Compliance & Data Management: Oversee HR policies, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and manage HR CRM systems for effective communication and engagement. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture. Organize engagement, wellness, and leadership development programs, and act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns.
