Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage core human resource functions, including employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, and employee welfare programs. This role will serve as a key contact for HR-related queries and contribute to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding processes. Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents. Maintain HR records in digital formats. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely submissions and compliance related to PF, ESIC, and other labor laws. Liaise with government bodies and auditors as needed. Payroll & Insurance: Payroll processing Manage employee insurance queries or claims. Job Description Employee Grievance & Engagement: Address employee grievances in a timely and effective manner. Foster a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives and employee engagement. Employment Verification: Handle background checks and employment verification for current and former employees. General HR Support: Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist with audits, reporting, and HRMIS updates. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
