Designation- HR Generalist Qualified- BBA/MBA Experience- 1+ Years Working days- Monday to Friday Location- Gurgaon Interview Process: Virtual (Initial Round) → Face-to-Face (Final Round) Shape Shape About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with over 1+years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to HR strategy, team management, and full-spectrum HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR & Team Leadership: Design and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Lead and develop an HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR functions. Support leadership in organization design and change management. 2. Core HR Operations (Hire to Retire): Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, exit formalities, and full & final settlements. Maintain and optimize HR documentation, systems, and records. 3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical roles. Build strong talent pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning. 4. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing and handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, etc. Coordinate with finance for audits and payroll reconciliation. 5. Performance Management: Manage the performance review cycle, implement KPI frameworks, and assist in goal setting and feedback mechanisms. 6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Act as a culture ambassador to reinforce company values. 7. Policy Development & Implementation: Create and update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across departments.
