We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Noida. This role supports core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and operations. You will collaborate closely with the US HR team and play a key role in nurturing a positive workplace culture while ensuring policy compliance and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Please note, this role is hybrid with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation Employee Engagement & Communication: Drive wellness and engagement initiatives, feedback loops, and culture-building activities Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR queries Promote cross-functional collaboration with the US HR team Contribute to best practices in areas like change management, team effectiveness, and organizational design Be a culture ambassador within the organization HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking Oversee total rewards and benefits (GPA, GMC, telehealth, time-off) Ensure internal health & safety standards Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company HR policies Support audits and compliance documentation (e.g., POSH, ESI, PF) Maintain and update the employee handbook as needed Performance & Development: Assist in performance review processes and feedback cycles Support learning and development programs Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and reports Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech/startup environment Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Lever, Rippling) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization High adaptability; comfortable switching between strategic and tactical work Empathetic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on employee experience What we offer: A collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace Opportunities to lead and contribute to impactful HR projects Competitive compensation and employee benefits
