Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

HR Generalist

to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

Assist in performance appraisal processes, goal-setting, and employee development programs.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and facilitate skill development initiatives.

Payroll & Compliance:

Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Engagement & Retention:

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and employee satisfaction.

HR Reporting:

Generate reports on HR metrics, workforce trends, and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in HR functions, preferably in the technology or analytics sector.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.A proactive, people-oriented, and detail-focused approach to HR management.
