✅ Key Responsibilities

HR OperationsManage employee onboarding and offboarding process smoothly.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or Excel.Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll support.Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.Generate HR reports and MIS as per management requirements.RecruitmentSource candidates through job portals, social media, and references.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary rounds.Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions.Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.Follow up with candidates for smooth joining process.AdministrationManage office facilities, housekeeping, and general office maintenance.Handle vendor coordination for office supplies, security, and utilities.Ensure proper documentation and filing system for office records.Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.🎯 Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of HRMS tools & MS ExcelUnderstanding of labor laws and HR complianceAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesProactive, organized, and detail-orientedTeam player with problem-solving attitude
