HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Live Eye Surveillance, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day human resource operations at our Mohali office. Your role will be crucial in supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and overall people operations to ensure a productive and positive workplace aligned with our fast-growing surveillance operations. - **Recruitment & Onboarding** - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines - Conduct new hire orientations and maintain all documentation as per policy - **HR Operations & Compliance** - Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies - **Employee Relations & Engagement** - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal - Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communication - Support performance appraisal and feedback processes - **Administrative HR Support** - Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and support audits as required - Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, increment, relieving, etc.) - Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times **Candidate Requirements:** - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred) - Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations or as an HR Generalist - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software - Sound understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams Join us to: - Be part of a fast-growing, tech-enabled U.S.-focused surveillance company - Take ownership of the HR function in a structured, high-growth environment - Work in a modern, well-equipped office with a collaborative team culture As an HR Generalist at Live Eye Surveillance, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while enjoying benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
