Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding: a)           Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening as per guidelines shared by the HR Manager. b)           Schedule and confirm interviews, and maintain proper communication with candidates. c)           Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation, ID creation forms, and checklists. d)           Support the orientation process by coordinating with concerned departments for asset allocation, welcome kits, and documentation collection.. Employee Lifecycle Coordination: a)           Maintain and update employee records—personal files, contracts, ID proofs, address changes, and other relevant documents. b)           Assist in issuing confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning notices, and any other HR-related communication as per manager’s instruction. c)           Coordinate documentation and checklists related to employee exits including no dues form, clearance process, exit form collection, and full & final paperwork preparation. d)           Track resignations and separations, and follow up for clearance document submissions from departments.. Payroll & Attendance Support: a)           Ensure timely and accurate collection of attendance data from biometric or manual sources. b)           Maintain and update leave records and coordinate with team leads for leave approvals. c)           Prepare and share salary inputs (attendance, leaves, new joiners, deductions) with the finance or payroll team for processing. d)           Maintain salary slips, bank account details, and related statutory records. Employee Engagement & Administrative Support: a)           Assist in planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, events, and HR drives. b)           Handle basic employee queries regarding leaves, attendance, salary slips, PF/ESI, etc. c)           Maintain trackers such as new joiners, exits, training attendance, PIP cases, and issue resolution logs. d)           Support in enforcing wellness practices, hygiene standards, and workspace organization initiatives as guided by HR Manager. Training & Development Coordination: a)           Coordinate scheduling of training programs and internal sessions. b)           Maintain attendance records of training sessions and feedback forms. c)           Support in documentation and report generation on employee development activities. Compliance and Policy Adherence: a)           Keep employee data and HR documentation aligned with company policies and compliance standards. b)           Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation for audits, and other regulatory support as instructed. c)           Support HR Manager in the implementation of new policies by communicating and distributing necessary materials. d)           Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
