Floor Sales Executive

Greet the customer with a warm smile, saying "Good morning / Good evening, sir." Make them feel that you were waiting for them and are there to serve them with care and attention. During conversations with the customer, understand what they need and show them a sample of the product with its details. After understanding the customer's requirements, provide them with details of the product's price and inquire about the quantity they wish to purchase. Always stay informed about the stock availability and pricing of the products. After obtaining all the details of the customer's purchase, create their first sales order so that they can proceed with the payment. Always check whether the product display area is clean and if the products are placed correctly. Regularly change the theme of the display area to maintain creativity and freshness among customers. While providing details of the required materials to the customer, also share information about other related products to increase sales. Ensure good coordination with your team members and other departments for better teamwork. Always adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Be ready at all times to complete any task or assist others as needed.
