Job Description

To Manage the Branch Operations and take the responsibility of the Profit and Loss of the Branch, effectively manage the customer satisfaction rate by maintaining the benchmark of inventory to turnover ratio. To manage the Branch Operation activities and be the custodian of: Operational hours Key Management Security management Orderliness and housekeeping 3. To organize and Decorate the store in effective way to utilize the space Change the decoration every 15 days to get new feeling and new arrivals 4. To contribute into team Management from recruitment to exit Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for core team 5. Conduct the Marketing activities time to time, to ensure store gets enough walk-ins 6. To manage the security and surveillance of the store 7. To Ensure customer journey cycle flows as per the process benchmarking 8. To manage and control the accounting as per the company’s norms 9. To do daily inventory matching and monthly stock audit 10. To prepare the MIS of the Branch 11. To control the logistic and supply chain activities 12. To manage the local compliances and utility work for the branch
