· Address and resolve traveler queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel-related activities, bookings, and transactions.
· Obtain feedback from travelers to improve services and enhance customer experience.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve set targets and performance goals.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to implement best practices.
