Business / Sales strategies

• To Grow Business in assigned branch through Existing Partners / Channels & to generate additional business by Retail Expansion , Distribution penetration, Increase corporate sales & Gaining Market share in Hyper & departmental doors .

Operation management

• To ensure effective deployment & development of Area Sales Executives & Front end sales team.
• Lead & Assist sales team in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Regular Market visits to understand market / competitors and taking appropriate measure to increase business
• Maintain & develop relations with Business partners like franchisee , Distributors , B2B Agencies & Regional Buyers of Hyper / Departmental chains .
• Competition analysis to be provided on a regular basis to help Marketing / Channel heads to design Promos / Inventory planning & developing right products
• Train sales staff and monitor front end staff performances.
• Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales for various sales channels.
• Accounts Receivable Management.

Employee Motivation

• To train, mentor & guide branch sales staff & front-end staff.
• Facilitate the internal training programs conducted for the front-end staff.
• Product training for the branch sales staff.

Administration

• To monitor and control spending within the assigned budget.
• Ensure adherences of all statutory matters and coordinate with the statutory bodies for any disparities arising.
• Assist HR in the on-boarding activities for sales staff at the branch & for the front-end staff.
• Regularise monthly attendance within stipulated time.
• Induct new joinees about organisation policy & overview at the branch level.
