Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Troubleshooting experience in corporate environment Design and deploy organization LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and other hardware. Design, setup and configure complex switching environments Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems Maintain inventory like Software, Hardware etc. Maintain & Manage Office 365 / Windows Azure and IAM services to ensure immediate remediation of the reported issues and achieve required Skills & Qualifications Associate or bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required. 4-8 years of experience in System administration, Network administration System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus. Working knowledge of virtualization, Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering. Knowledge on Active Directory services and Office 365 Email server. Exposure in mail infrastructure especially MS Office Outlook Administration 2010/2013/2016 Exposure in mail infrastructure especially MS Office Outlook Administration 2010/2013/2016 Experience in Windows server 2008R2/2012R2/2016 and administration Experience in MS Windows server 2016/2019 and administration knowledge in Endpoint Protection Security Products like Trend Micro Enterprise Experience of attending ISMS And ISO audits
