Skill :

A) Technical Skill :

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good understanding of recruitment tools [Naukri, Apna App , Linked In ] and techniques.

 Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize effectively.

 Detail-oriented with good documentation and follow-up skills.

 Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.

 Familiarity with labor laws and onboarding compliance is a plus.

JOB Description:

Responsibility :

A. Recruitment & Selection

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation & selection).
  • Coordinate with department HODs to understand manpower requirements.
  • Create and publish job postings, manage portals, social media, and consultants.
  • Prepare candidate evaluation sheets, interview schedules, and feedback.
  • Conduct reference checks, background verification, and final offer release.

B. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare onboarding plan, induction schedule, joining kit and employee IDs.
  • Maintain all HR onboarding records including:
  • Joining Documents
  • Personal File Creation
  • Appointment Letter
  • Job Description Acknowledgment
  • Department Orientation Record
  • Ensure onboarding checklist is completed within 48 hours of joining.

C. Performance Monitoring (Probation & Confirmation)

  • Track the performance of new employees during probation period.
  • Collect monthly feedback from reporting managers.
  • Maintain the Probation Performance Review Sheet.
  • Prepare recommendation report for confirmation / extension / termination.
  • Coordinate with managers to update KPI/KRA tracking.

D. Training Need Identification (TNI)

  • Conduct annual and half-yearly TNI survey from all departments.
  • Compile and classify training needs as per:
  • Skill gaps
  • Compliance requirements
  • Behavioural needs
  • Technical improvement
  • Prepare annual Training Plan based on TNI.

E. Skill Matrix Management

  • Maintain and update Department-wise Skill Matrix for all employees.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Foundry departments to capture:
  • Competency level (Level 1–4)
  • Cross-training status
  • Machine/Process certification
  • Highlight gaps and propose upskilling programs.

F. Training Records & Compliance

  • Maintain all training documentation:
  • Training attendance
  • Trainer evaluation
  • Pre/post test score
  • Training feedback
  • Skill enhancement record
  • Ensure monthly and annual training MIS is updated.
  • Coordinate external training (ISO, safety, quality-related training).

G. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS.
  • Track manpower strength vs sanctioned positions.
  • Submit onboarding, training, and performance reports to management.
  • Support audits: ISO, customer audits, internal audits.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong recruitment & interviewing skills
  • Good knowledge of HR systems, onboarding, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with TNI, Skill Matrix, Training MIS
  • Excellent communication & coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry preferred

4. Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / PGDHRM / BBA (HR) or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment & training (manufacturing preferred)

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Recruitment lead time (days to hire)
  • Onboarding accuracy and timely documentation
  • Probation performance monitoring completion
  • TNI accuracy and skill matrix update frequency
  • Training hours per employee per year
  • Reduction in skill gaps and improvement in competency levels
  • HR MIS accuracy & timely submission

Accountability:

· To ensure all legal compliance of onboarding as per Audit .

· Issue of Appointment orders in new format as per facto HR.

· Signing of Code of Conduct, NDA wherever necessary as per new format

· Average time to hire.

· Recruitment TAT compliance.

· Candidate experience feedback.

· Onboarding completion rate within stipulated timelines.

· Employee retention post-joining (90-day tracker).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
