We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation. Indeed
✔ Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation processes. National E-Governance Division
✔ Maintain and update employee records & HR databases.
✔ Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation procedures. Indeed
✔ Assist with employee engagement and communication.
✔ Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Related field (MBA/HR diploma preferred). National E-Governance Division
✅ 1–3 years experience in HR or recruitment (freshers may apply for junior roles). Indeed
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri) and HR software/ATS.✅ Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel)
