HR Executive (Recruitment)

Jindal Poles Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Executive in our Corporate Office - Chandigarh Non-IT Recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment records while ensuring timely closures.

Qualification : MBA in HR

Gender : Female Only

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of Non IT Recruitment experience

Need Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment (operations, admin, sales, technicians, supervisors, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and local hiring channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Assist in joining formalities and onboarding
• Coordinate with consultants and manpower vendors
• Support basic HR operations (attendance, records, letters)
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Maintain employee data and documentation

Required Skills

• Experience in Non IT Hirings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Apna, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR trackers

Qualifications

• MBA - HR

2-3 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
