Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: Visakhapatnam Experience: 1–3 years Salary: As per industry standards Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an young and enthusiastic Senior HR Executive who can manage a wide range of HR functions with strong technical, creative, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, HRMS software, creative tools like Photoshop & Canva, and possess proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Management and other core HR activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Create compelling job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and social media hiring posts using Canva & Photoshop. * Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring. 2. HR Operations & Employee Engagement: * Maintain and update employee records using HRMS software. * Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. * Design and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication materials. 3. HR Analytics & Reporting: * Develop and manage Advanced Excel dashboards for HR metrics (attendance, attrition, recruitment pipeline, etc.). * Generate MIS reports and provide insights for management decision-making. 4. Performance & Compliance: * Support the performance management process, goal setting, and appraisal cycles. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 5. Creative & Strategic Contributions: * Design visually appealing HR presentations, posters, and internal communications using Photoshop & Canva. * Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms. Key Skills & Tools Required: * Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis. * HRMS Software: (Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors, GreytHR, or equivalent). * Creative Tools: Photoshop, Canva for HR branding and communication. Educational Qualification: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field. * Additional certifications in HR analytics, HRMS, or design tools will be an added advantage.
