JD: HR & Admin Executive

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Education: Any Graduate with relevant experience

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. This role involves ensuring that HR policies are implemented effectively and providing support to employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist in processing attendance, payroll & administering employee benefits (PF, ESIC, bonus).
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that employees are informed of and adhere to company policies.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of legal compliances, factory & labor compliances, and timely updates.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding.
  • Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • General Administration: Canteen Workers & Staff, Housekeeping, Security, Vehicle, AMC for Fixtures & Renewals etc.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

1) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—MRF to Selection to onboarding candidate

2) Employee Engagement & high Retention Rate in Company

3) Adherence to HR Policy – Updation & Execution

4) Processing Attendance, payroll and administering employee benefits (PF, ESIC, bonus, etc.)

5) Manage the employee exit process—including exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

1) Completing the Recruitment & Selection Process – Position-wise –

A) Operational Positions (up to D, E level) - Maximum 30 Days / position

B) Middle-Level Positions (up to B, C level) – Maximum 45 Days / position

C) Senior Level Positions (A level) – Maximum 60 Days / position

2) Two activities per month for Team Bonding, Employee Participation & Culture Development for maximum 80% participant rate (attendance) in every activities

3) High Employee Retention Rate – with target of 90% or above

4) Successful implementation of HR policies with 100% adherence by employees, measured by compliance audits.

5) Timely Attendance & Salary, Legal benefits (PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax, Bonus, Leave Encashment etc.) Processing on 4th of every month with Zero Error

6) Conduct exit interviews for 100% of departing employees and provide monthly & quarterly analysis reports to management with actionable insights.

7) Improvement in Productivity & Skills, achieving at least 80% of Individual KRA / KPI every month.
