Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive (Female Preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry — preferably from restaurants, cafés, or QSR chains. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and coordination with outlets and franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various restaurant and corporate positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers / Chefs.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee induction and ensure proper documentation of new joinees.

2. Employee Relations & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between head office and outlets for HR-related matters.
  • Handle staff grievances, attendance issues, and shift coordination.
  • Maintain regular communication with outlet managers and staff.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee database and personal files.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with Accounts for payroll inputs.
  • 4. Employee Engagement & Recognition
  • Support in implementing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Organize events, celebrations, and welfare activities for staff.

5. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and maintain monthly recruitment and attrition data.
  • Share timely updates and reports with management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and hospitality workforce needs.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR documentation.
  • Positive attitude, approachable personality, and ability to multitask.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Hospitality (Restaurant / Café / Hotel sector).
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
