Responsibilities: Recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining office discipline.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer process
* Capable of managing PF and ESIC compliance, including registrations, monthly filings, employee queries, and statutory documentation.
* Handle onboarding & induction of new employees
* Maintain attendance records, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll processing
* Prepare & update HR documentation such as appointment letters, policies, and employee files
* Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
* Ensure HR compliance, statutory documentation, and adherence to company policies
* Maintain office discipline, resolve employee queries, and coordinate with departments for smooth operations
* Support performance management, exit process, and other HR-related duties
