The person has to work on team development, talent acquisition and retention, HRIS, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relation and engagement programs etc Principal Responsibilities
Co-ordination for the Recruitment procedureCo-ordination for Joining formalitiesManaging employee database, leave and attendance management etc Co-ordination for performance management and improvement systems, administering the probationary review time periodCo-ordination for employee engagement programsCo-ordination for knowledge updation activitiesAdminister HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefitsConduct exit interviewsMonitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescalesCreate and maintain reports in Excel that allows the firm to get the information on a quarter, half-yearly or annual basisMonitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectivenessAd Hoc data collectionMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
