Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing VBA macros and automation solutions within Excel to enhance efficiency and streamline business processes The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Excel functionalities and VBA programming Requirement sKey Responsibilities : Develop, enhance, and maintain Excel-based applications using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) Automate manual processes through macros, formulas, and scripting to improve operational efficiency Debug, test, and troubleshoot existing VBA scripts and Excel models Integrate Excel applications with databases (SQL, Access, etc Design user-friendly dashboards, reports, and templates for data analysis and business insights Optimize Excel workbooks for performance and scalability Maintain and document code, processes, and best practices for easy reference and updates Required Skills & Qualification s Proficiency in Excel VBA programming and macro development Strong knowledge of Excel functions, pivot tables, Power Query, and formulas Experience integrating Excel with databases (SQL, MS Access) and APIs Understanding of data structures, error handling, and debugging techniques Ability to create dynamic dashboards and reports Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience with other Microsoft Office automation (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) using VBA is a plus Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or Python is a plus Educational & Experience Requirement s Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
