Job Title: HR Executive Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. This role requires a people-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities For Executive Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews). Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives. Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances. Support payroll processing and HRMS updates. For Manager Lead the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training & development. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership. Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee HR compliance, audits, and legal documentation. Manage a small HR team and ensure smooth HR operations across departments. Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterâs preferred for Manager role). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Workday). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
