HR Executive

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, time office management, salary processing, performance tracking, addressing employee grievances, and conducting disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will be in charge of running employee engagement programs to ensure a positive work environment. - Source candidates for open positions through references, job portals, agencies, or advertisements - Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and joint interviews with HOD/director - Issue offer letters to selected candidates - Perform background checks on potential hires - Maintain personal files of employees - Provide counseling to employees who frequently report late for duty - Monitor employees" biometric attendance and generate attendance reports - Prepare reports on late arrivals and early departures - Manage and update leave records of employees - Calculate salaries based on attendance and leave records - Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for technical and soft skills - Monitor employees" performance records and assist in determining salary increments - Organize employee welfare and engagement programs - Ensure compliance with the exit procedures for separating employees Qualification Required: - Graduation preferably with an HR qualification Experience: - 7-10 years of relevant experience Additional Company Information (if available): - Local candidates are preferred - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and provident fund - Day shift schedule with yearly bonus - Work Location: In person As an HR Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.
