HR Executive

The purpose of employment is to manage HR-related processes including recruitment, new employee onboarding, time office management, salary processing, performance tracking, managing exits, addressing employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and running employee engagement programs. As the HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO/Director. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates for open positions through references, job portals, agencies, or advertisements - Conducting resume screenings, preliminary interviews, and joint interviews with the HOD/Director - Sending out offer letters to selected candidates - Conducting background checks on potential hires - Maintaining personal files of employees - Counseling employees who frequently report late for duty - Monitoring biometric attendance and generating attendance reports - Maintaining leave records of employees - Preparing salaries based on attendance and leave records - Identifying training needs and organizing training programs for technical and soft skills - Monitoring employees" performance records and assisting management in deciding salary increments - Organizing employee welfare and engagement programs - Ensuring that employees adhere to exit procedures when separating from employment The ideal candidate for this role should be a graduate, preferably with qualifications in HR, and have 7-10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be below 45 years of age, and local candidates are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund.
