Roles Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HRMIS for accurate employee data and reporting.
Handle Employee Life Cycle (ELC) activities including joining, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Support Learning Development (LD) initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking effectiveness.
Oversee Recruitment Onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring and smooth induction of employees.
Manage Contract Labour processes including attendance, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements related to labour laws and HR regulations.
Act as an HR Generalist by handling day-to-day employee queries, grievance management, and engagement activities.
