Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Maintain and update employee records in HR database.Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management.Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
