We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Mumbai team and play a key role in driving hiring goals while contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Source, screen, and align candidates through multiple channels (portals, referrals,

  social media, etc.)

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders

• Manage the entire onboarding process ensuring a smooth candidate experience

• Meet monthly hiring targets across departments and verticals 

• Coordinate timely offer rollouts and documentation

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers for understanding manpower

  requirements

• Maintain strong communication and coordination with department heads and

  business leaders

• Support in HR operations including MIS reports, documentation, and joining formalities

• Contribute towards enhancing employee experience and satisfaction

• Assist in offer approval process and maintain internal databas

Who Can Apply

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR / Management or relevant field

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in sourcing techniques and interview coordination

• Hands-on with Excel, ATS, and other hiring tools is a plus

• Ability to manage pressure and meet aggressive targets
