Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client service delivery. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings to clients. Required Skills qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively in various situations. Proven experience in sales or customer relationship roles preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Flexible to work in the Australian time zone.
