Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Induction and Orientation:

• Conducting induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Records Management:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, job histories, and performance reviews, in compliance with company and legal requirements.

Labour Law Compliance:

• Ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations by maintaining compliance in areas such as wages, working hours, benefits, and workplace safety.

Performance Appraisal Coordination:

• Facilitating the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees to ensure timely evaluations and feedback.

Policy and Procedure Implementation:

• Assisting in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and fair work environment.

Payroll Coordination:

• Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.

HR Reporting:

• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports, including headcount, attrition rates, and compliance updates, to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Employee Exit Management:

• Overseeing the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance formalities, and ensuring a seamless offboarding experience.
