Hr Executive

Hiring: HR Executive – Satkriya Health Care

Timing: 10AM – 5 PM (Shift hours may vary based on clinic needs)

Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience: 1–3 years, preferably with healthcare industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for clinical and non-clinical staff across multiple locations.

Implement and manage daily attendance, leave requests, and absenteeism tracking with accuracy

Prepare and oversee shift scheduling to ensure adequate staffing at all clinics, managing shift swaps and backup staff availability

Maintain comprehensive HR documentation, including personnel files, contracts, disciplinary records, and policy acknowledgements

Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting staffing metrics, turnover rates, and attendance trends

Coordinate employee training programs, compliance workshops, and professional development initiatives

Monitor and enforce adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance across all branches

Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Support payroll coordination by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data is communicated timely

Collaborate with clinic managers to align HR initiatives with operational goals and improve employee satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management software for data entry, analysis, and reporting

Capability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with staff and management

Problem-solving mindset and proactive follow-up to close open HR actions promptly
