Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand manpower requirements from department heads.

  • Prepare & post job descriptions across portals and social platforms.

  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.

  • Coordinate technical interviews and final rounds.

  • Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, and offer roll-outs.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database & recruitment pipeline.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS.

  • Handle onboarding & induction formalities for new employees.

  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation.

  • Maintain employee files physically and digitally.

  • Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with Accounts/Finance team.

Employee Engagement & Performance

  • Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building events.

  • Assist in performance evaluation systems and appraisal cycles.

  • Handle grievance redressal and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed at the branch level.
