Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Understand manpower requirements from department heads. Prepare & post job descriptions across portals and social platforms. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. Coordinate technical interviews and final rounds. Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, and offer roll-outs. Build and maintain a strong candidate database & recruitment pipeline. HR Operations Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR MIS. Handle onboarding & induction formalities for new employees. Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation. Maintain employee files physically and digitally. Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with Accounts/Finance team. Employee Engagement & Performance Conduct employee engagement activities and team-building events. Assist in performance evaluation systems and appraisal cycles. Handle grievance redressal and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed at the branch level.
