Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across outsourcing platforms and direct B2B channels. Create and submit professional proposals tailored to client requirements on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Conduct lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital campaigns. Build and manage long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering the right technical solutions. Coordinate with internal development and design teams for project estimation, timelines, and proposal drafting. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication using CRM tools. Track market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in business development and lead generation in the IT services industry. Strong understanding of outsourcing platforms and direct sales techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage client accounts and close deals independently. Familiarity with digital services like web/mobile development, SaaS, and cloud solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience using Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, or similar platforms. Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent. About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience, good problem-solving skills, and a passion for writing clean and efficient code. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel and related technologies. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver robust solutions. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
