Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and fostering positive employee relations. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining compliance with HR standards, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the organizational goals through effective human resource management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
