Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hospitality roles (Front Office, F&B Service, Housekeeping, Culinary, Sales, Administration).    Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.    Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.    Conduct pre-joining documentation, background checks & reference verification.    Organize and conduct new employee orientation & induction programs.______________2. HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management    Maintain complete employee records: joining formalities, personnel files, ID cards, and HRIS updates.    Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.    Manage and update attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.    Execute employee separation processes exit interviews, FnF coordination, and experience letters.    Prepare HR MIS reports (manpower, attrition, recruitment status, etc.).______________3. Payroll Coordination & Statutory Compliance    Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, incentives, LOP, variable pay.    Ensure compliance with hospitality labour regulations, including:o    PF, ESIC, PT, LWFo    Shops & Establishment Acto    Gratuity & Bonuso    Contract labour compliance    Liaise with statutory auditors and support HR audits.______________4. Employee Engagement & Welfare    Plan and execute employee engagement activities (festivals, recognition programs, appreciation events, birthdays, R&R).    Drive positive work culture and employee satisfaction across hotel departments.    Support grievance management, counselling, and conflict resolution.    Promote employee wellness, hygiene, and safety protocols.______________5. Training & Development    Identify training needs in coordination with HODs.    Schedule training sessions for service standards, grooming, communication, safety, and departmental skills.    Maintain training records, feedback, and training effectiveness analysis.    Support internal trainers and coordinate with external training vendors.______________6. HR Policy Implementation & Compliance    Implement company HR policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and disciplinary procedures.    Support audits for HR processes, statutory documents, and operational checklists.    Ensure adherence to hospitality operational standards & code of conduct.
