Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple departments
Sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Screening profiles & conducting initial HR interviews
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers & weekly hiring MIS
Support new joiner onboarding documentation
Maintain employee records and HR database
Assist in attendance & leave management
Support engagement activities and induction
Coordination with payroll/admin for new joiner inputs
Strong communication & coordination skills
Good knowledge of hiring portals & sourcing tools
MS Excel & HR documentation skills
Proactive, target-oriented & quick learner
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR
Growth in HR functions
Opportunity to handle hiring independently
