Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment (70%)

  • Sourcing and screening candidates

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

  • Maintaining candidate databases

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

  • HR Operations (30%)

  • Employee onboarding and documentation

  • Maintaining employee records

  • Supporting day-to-day HR activities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in HR

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Basic understanding of HR hiring portals

  • Candidates from Jaipur or nearby locations preferred

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
