Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of candidates.
Utilize job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Prepare and send offer letters; manage joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports.
Oversee office administration including vendor management and procurement.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary documents.
Maintain compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in HR recruitment and office administration.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and HRMS software.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Knowledge of statutory compliance is a plus.
