Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to healthcare corporate clients including hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, corporate health buyers, and senior executives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals with corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies during all sales processes.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and reporting to senior management.
Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and training to sales team members.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA is a plus.
5 to 7+ years of experience in corporate sales within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, and regulatory environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and key stakeholders.
