HR Recruiter & Admin Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Executive to join our team. The executive will gain hands-on experience in various hiring process, job portals, including recruitment, HR admin and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking after end to end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Co-ordinating with the job consultants, negotiating & closing the agreements.
• Support the on boarding process for new hires, including preparing on boarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Participate in the development and implementation of hiring policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
• Help with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or MBA in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
