Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Draft and publish job postings across portals and social platforms Maintain employee records, offer letters, and HR documentation Support employee engagement activities and performance review coordination Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination Maintain records of attendance, leave, and petty cash Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff to ensure office cleanliness and order Assist in organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and events Support basic compliance, documentation, and filing work Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 13 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HRMS tools
